Siapa cakap masak tu susah, leceh, tak reti, takde bakat, takde idea, tak ada bahan?

You guys are definitely wrong. Sebenarnya masak ni langsung tak leceh, simple, and boleh guna apa-apa sahaja bahan yang ada dirumah. Yang perlu ada cuma sedikit kerajinan dan kreativiti. Tak minat masak pun boleh je masak kalau perut dah lapar.

Tak percaya? Mari saya buktikan.

Kat rumah i, semua orang memanjang je lapar and parents selalunya busy, bibik pun takde jadi adik-adik memang mengharapkan kakaknya yang solehah untuk masak. Berbekalkan limited resources dan sedikit skill kulinari, I telah mencipta resepi Spaghetti Alfredo campak-campak. Seriously, I wasn't thinking about the recipe, apa yang ada depan mata campakkan saja dalam kuali.

Setelah diselongkar peti ais ayam, itik, daging,udang, sotong semua takde, dah habis kene masak yang ada hanyalah beef bacon. Selongkar lagi jumpa cendawan busut yang mama kutip tumbuh kat bawah pokok jambu. I repeat, CENDAWAN BUSUT, no kidding. So, i magically transformed them into Spaghetti Alfredo. lol


In case if anyone's wondering what the hell is cendawan busut.

Nah resepi :

3 slices of Beef bacon
3 dried chillies ( potong dua )
3 cendawan busut
3 cloves of garlic
1 biji telur
1 cup of fresh milk ( approx )
Salt
pepper
dried parsley (optional )
oregano (optional )

Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang putih. ( no need to slice ) masukkan seulas-seulas terus, then masukkan cili kering. Tujuannya tumis garlic dan cili kering is to season the oil and give sort of garlic-y and spicy flavor to the oil.

Lepas tu masukkan beef bacon and tumiskan sampai garing and tambahkan cendawan busut itu tadi. Tambah garam and black pepper. Be careful, jangan terlebih sebab susah nak alter balik nanti. Kemudian masukkan spaghetti ( i use vermicelli ) and stir well.

okay, here comes the tricky part. lepas masukkan spaghetti tambahkan susu dalam spaghetti and continue cooking. turn down the heat and add in the egg. Make sure to lower the heat because we don't want to overcook the egg, nanti dia jadi berketul and end up macam scrambled egg. We dowan that.

The telur should coat your spaghetti dan jadi macam creamy. Lastly tambah dried parsley and oregano. Continue stirring and that's it.

Senang kan? All you have to do is do a little garnishing to make your meal look interesting and menambahkan selera nak makan.

* Garnish guna daun sup or daun bawang or whatever daun you like
* Sprinkle some parmesan cheese
* Make sure you boil your spaghetti in separate pot first. Jangan masuk spaghetti stick tu pulak.

And you're good to go :)
